San Jose's secret little jewel,Downtown Willow Glen, welcomes the brand new Willow Glen Town Square. Construction begins in September 2010 and the new project, featuring great new retailers, restaurants, and class A office space, will open in 2012.

Willow Glen Town Square is an expansion of Paja Investments' existing development at 1140 Lincoln Ave. that currently houses Jamba Juice, Peet's Coffee, Noah's Bagels, Petroglyph Ceramic Studio, Powell's Sweet Shoppe, Peninsula Beauty Supply and Yuki Sushi.

The new Town Square will feature a beautiful public plaza at the corner of Lincoln Ave. and Willow St. with lush landscaping and a landmark fountain at the center of the Square. Town residents, office workers, and visitors will enjoy great new restaurants like the famous Lou's Village of San Jose who will be opening a brand new fresh fish restaurant with bar and great outdoor seating. Willow Street Pizza is undergoing a complete remodel with a brand new lounge area and larger patio for outdoor seating. Crepevine brings its great menu to Willow Glen that is great food for the entire family.

Many more new stores to open in 2012 and great small offices designed for the small business person complete with Kitchenettes, Available conference rooms, drop off dry cleaners on site and auto detailing available.
